OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

At Taskın Moda, production begins with a clear and structured understanding of the customer’s requirements. The process continues step by step until the products are packed and ready for shipment. Our priority is to ensure consistent quality, stable production standards, and reliable lead times for every order.

Quality control is integrated into every stage of production. It is not limited to final inspection. During cutting, sewing, and packing, each phase is monitored carefully. Potential issues are identified early and resolved efficiently. Our production system is based on experience, technical expertise, and disciplined workflow management.

SAMPLING & PATTERN (CAD) DEPARTMENT

The sampling department is the starting point of product development. Based on the technical packs and instructions provided by the customer, our team prepares samples that accurately reflect fit, construction, measurements, and overall garment appearance.

Samples allow evaluation of pattern structure, sizing accuracy, stitching quality, and visual balance. Fabric consumption, accessories, and key production details are also defined at this stage.

Pattern development and size grading are managed through CAD systems. The department is responsible for:

  • Pattern development and revisions

  • Size grading and preparation of size sets

  • Marker planning for cutting efficiency

  • Pattern adjustments aligned with print placement and design details

CUTTING DEPARTMENT

The cutting department plays a critical role in maintaining garment consistency and production accuracy. Fabrics are prepared and spread according to the production plan and garment specifications.

Plain fabrics are spread using spreading machines. Striped, checked, or pattern-matching fabrics are handled manually to ensure correct alignment. Cutting is performed using both automatic and manual cutting systems. For smaller or sensitive components, controlled cutting techniques are applied to ensure precision.

Cut panels are sorted according to production orders and transferred to the sewing lines.

PRINTING DEPARTMENT

The printing department manages all print applications in line with design and customer specifications. Each printing process is planned according to garment type, fabric characteristics, and artwork requirements.

Before bulk production, print samples are prepared and evaluated for placement accuracy, color consistency, and surface quality. After approval, bulk printing begins.

All printed panels are individually inspected. Pieces that do not meet quality standards are separated. Approved panels are transferred to the sewing department.

SEWING DEPARTMENT

Taskın Moda operates an in-house sewing unit to maintain full control over workmanship and production consistency. This structure allows close supervision of quality standards and workflow management throughout the sewing stage.

Cut and printed panels are transferred to organized sewing lines structured according to product category. In-line quality controls are conducted to ensure stable and repeatable production standards.

We produce the following product groups fully in-house:

  • Men’s and Women’s T-shirts

  • Hoodies and Zip Hoodies

  • Joggers

  • Knitwear items

  • Light woven garments

  • Woven garments

Our broad product range and in-house capability allow us to support both seasonal collections and continuous production programs with flexibility and efficiency.

PACKING DEPARTMENT

The packing department is the final stage before shipment and plays a key role in product presentation and final quality assurance.

The process includes:

  • Thread trimming

  • Final quality inspection

  • Pressing

  • Labeling and tagging

  • Packing (single packing, ratio packing, or mixed packing)

All goods are prepared in accordance with customer specifications and shipment requirements.
